The client had a clear brief – they needed a clean, modern environment to meet the needs of their new roads maintenance project team. The space needed to be able to accommodate office based staff, visiting project engineers and mobile site teams.
Both ‘clean’ & ‘dirty’ canteen space was required plus welfare facilities for staff to shower and change at shift change.
Due to the nature of the contract all areas and FF&E supplied needed to be robust & easily maintained whilst being modern & comfortable. The client also had expressed a desire to change from large workstations to a footprint much more in line with modern systems and team communications.
TeamFFE worked closely with the client and other project service providers to bring the FF&E element of the project to full completion without delays and ahead of schedule, a key element in allowing the client to test new ways of working before the office went live.
From the outset until project completion TeamFFE consultants, managers and site teams ensured seamless integration of furniture, fixings and equipment into the overall supply chain.
